Mr. Yeritsyan also served as former Chairman of the Board of the Armenian Motor Insurers’ Bureau and held an advisory role at the International Monetary Fund, representing the Dutch Constituency, including Armenia.
He holds a degree in Macroeconomics and a PhD in Economics from leading academic institutions in Armenia.

His leadership has emphasized regulatory efficiency, system resilience, and alignment with international best practices in insurance oversight.
Previously, he held senior supervisory and risk management positions at the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, where he contributed to banking and insurance sector oversight frameworks, as well as executive leadership roles in the banking sector at Unibank. He holds a degree in Finance and Accounting from Yerevan State University of Economics and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the UCL, University of London, and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Between 2019 and 2023, he served as a consultant to the World Bank, advising on financial sector development and institutional reform. His earlier career includes roles in banking, leasing, and advisory work in organizational change and restructuring.
He holds degrees in Law from the University of Tartu, Public Administration from Syracuse University, and Engineering from Tallinn University of Technology, and has published extensively on financial services, social protection, and public sector reform.
