Eng. Abdullah Faisal Biary the Chief Information Security Officer for United Cooperative Assurance. Abdullah received his master’s degree from Washington D.C. at the well-recognized George Washington University majoring in Cyber Security. He has also been a key speaker in large events including EC-Council, GISEC and IDC. Eng. Abdullah received 5 awards recognized globally including CISO Power list from Khaleej Times. During his career he has established the Cyber Security Department from the initiative, acquiring the key skilled staff as well as developed and ensured the implementation of the Policies, Procedures and Standards for the organization. In terms of solutions Eng. Abdullah brings in the top solutions fit for the organization and ensure that the solution is implemented and fully functional and not to exceed the provided budget.

Mohammed Al Shobani, with 15 years in the technology and insurance sectors, including roles at international firms like Microsoft and Bupa, and local leaders such as Tawuniya and Alrajhi Takaful, is the current CIO at SAICO. Alshobani is known for his expertise in digital transformation, Insurtech, and Fintech, and has successfully led numerous strategic digital initiatives in Saudi Arabia and abroad.

His commitment to innovation and positive industry change is evident through his impactful leadership and passion for integrating technology with business strategy. At SAICO, Alshobani continues to drive forward-looking digital solutions, shaping the future of insurance and finance with a unique blend of technical acumen and creative vision

Yury has over 15 years of experience in Insurance, most of which he spent in Health (medical) insurance managing operational processes, claims and working with clinics. He was one of the brightest COO of Allianz in European region.

Yury perfectly understands all the bottlenecks of work processes, interactions with clients and clinics. Such knowledge allows to not only create an appropriate product, but also implement it in the most effective way.

Yury is deeply involved in the technological and business issues of product development and stays in contact with largest insurance companies.
