Mr. Shanawani graduated from University of Jordan in 1988 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and Business administration. He has over 30 years experience in Life & Medical Insurance. Nabil has attended many conferences and training courses in Life & Medical Insurance, marketing and management in UK, USA, UAE, Bahrain and Jordan He joined Arab Life & General Accident Insurance Company in Jordan in 1990, as underwriter, then promoted to be assistant department manager. In 1996 Nabil joined Al Buhaira National Insurance Co. in United Arab Emirates as a manager for Life & Medical Department. In 2016 Nabil was promoted to Assistant General Manager for Medical Insurance with full responsibility for underwriting and claims. Nabil is a member in Medical Insurance committee in Emirates Association for over 15 years.

Wissam Youssef is the co-founder and CEO of CME Offshore SAL, a technology consulting firm that provides premium end-to-end bespoke solutions and technology services - from consulting to software development and hardware engineering.

Wissam has more than 17 years of experience in launching startups and scaling businesses and has spearheaded leading software and smart devices engineering teams to deliver game-changing projects by leveraging cutting-edge technologies that include product design, customer experience, Internet-of-Things, digital wallets, artificial intelligence, and data science.

What started out as a few desks and less than a hundred dollars of capital nearly two decades ago, CME today employees more than 350 engineers in 5 countries across multiple technology verticals and lays claims to 7 US patents, and working with host of Fortune 500 companies, delivering on their technological and digital transformation aspirations. Mr. Jihad Faitrouni's life career started in 1990 in ARUNCO till 1999 and became an advisor for MOE- Lebanon from 1995 till 1997, then as the GM for UIS from 1999 - 2001. From 2001 - 2004 he was the CEO of Aman Takaful Insurance - Lebanon and then he moved to UAE as a GM for Dubai Islamic Insurance & Reinsurance (AMAN) where he worked on a special assignment along his duties as a GM, in establishing Kuwait Boubyan Insurance until 2008. From 2010 to 2013, he was assigned as an advisor in the MOF- UAE and in 2013 he was back to AMAN-Dubai as the CEO. He was approached by Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi as a lecturer. Mr. Lutfi is the Secretary-General of the Emirates Insurance Association and Secretary-General of the Gulf Insurance Federation. He was earlier Group Director, Insurance Services at Dubai Holding, and remains one of the best-known insurance personalities in the GCC.

He previously served as General Advisor of Dubai Islamic Insurance and Reinsurance Co. and was Chief Executive Officer of Alliance Insurance in Dubai.Mr. Lutfi was a Founding Board Member and Advisor of Dubai International Financial Centre across the spectrum of insurance and reinsurance issues. He was also a member of the finance working group for the Dubai-United Kingdom Trade and Economic Committee (DUKTEC).Mr. Lutfi continues to work tirelessly as a powerful lobbyist for the cause of insurance and correct insurance practice across the UAE and the GCC.
